SITUATIONS WHICH VOID THIS WARRANTY COVERAGE

1. When the buyer does not present the sales invoice or the import declaration of the product.

2. If the warranty period has expired.

3. When dealing with products not manufactured by Miguélez, S.L.

4. Products that present modifications not authorized in the specifications.

5. Products that present damage or malfunction caused by inappropriate or incorrect operations/uses, not specified in the user guidelines, or caused by external sources, impacts, or when there is evidence of inadequate storage.

6. Products that present damage or malfunction caused by installation, repair and/or reinstallation.

7. Damage caused during shipment or transportation.

8. Products that have damage caused by loss or accident such as fire and vandalism.

9. Products that present damage caused by natural conditions such as: earthquakes, floods, electrical storms, etc.
